I'm mildly curious as to how such gibberish gets put together. I can't
believe it's actually done by a real person. Perhaps it's one of the
gazillion monkeys trying to type Shakespeare, or some sort of early
automatic translation, or even an automatic essay-writing programme

It is the baby SKYNET learning Englush in preparation to launching all
those nukes and bringing about the apocalypse. Alternatively, noting the
embedded adverts and links it is a spammer who has found a creative way
to bypass spam filters (for the moment) by swamping the spam in random
English. My guess is that it isn't even aimed humans, merely at the
Google bots to boost the page rankings of the links.
