Default During ther lul

Well we seem to be having a break from the rain, the last 36 hours have
given us 2.1 inches of rain (as a Xmas special for those who can't
manage imperial measurements that's around 52mm)and there is a lot more
to come over the next few days.
It's all the fault of the water authority who made me change all my taps
to those with non return valve in them at the end of April/ early June.
They were afraid I would use them to syphon the water from the ground
back into the mains.
What did they know that they didn't tell us?
It's a good job I put in a 12 inch pipe to take the run off from one
field above us, the old 4 inch one didn't cope with what we used to get.
What do I want for Xmas?
It's a no brainer, New wellies.
