Default Guess The New Beechgrove Presenter

In article ,
says...

Of course, anyone can exercise their prerogative but if programmes are
made FOR gardening people BY gardening presenters,

They aren't. Presenters, do not make TV programs. They are employed
to be filmed, doing what the director and producer told them to do, and
speaking a script provided by a scriptwriter. Then the pictures and
sound track of the presenter are edited, by an editor guided by the
producer and director. Not the presenter.

What you see broadcast, is an edited version which often bears very
little resemblance to the sequence of actions directed to and performed
by the presenter, OR, or what the presenter was saying at the time he
was performing those actions.

A famous example of production falsification via the editing suite,
involved the BBC, production company RDF, and the Queen.
