Default Warm weather coming?

Here we are overcast but so far no heavy rain, just a few light showers
over night. light wind and no sign of fog or mist.
To think I rushed out yesterday to prune the" vineyard"; well the 24
vines; before the rain made the ground to wet to work on.
I can't decide if I should stop giving them any sort of feed, for the
last 2 years they have had "Potato" fertilizer, but they are still
making far to much growth.

week we have highs ranging from 36f to 62f.)
