Default Who has got what veg. in.

In article ,
says...

Easter is here and we are still freezing our najers off.
Nowt to speak of in the greenhouse either.(seed wise)
Good Friday is the time to sow/plant potatoes they say.
I am beginning to lose confidence now, this second year without.

Nothing in the ground here this year. Got garlic
planted last Oct/Nov and purple sprouting is manfully
trying to sprout.

Go lettuce plants in trays in garage window and in the
cold (very) greenhouse, covered with a cloche. Planted
some parsnips this week in toilet roll tubes, they are
also in the greenhouse covered up.

Strangely, I did notice today, under a plastic cover a
red salad bowl lettuce plant that I planter out very
late last year. It seems to have survived the winter.
but I'm not sure quite what the leaves will be like
when they stiffen up and grow a bit more!
