Default Malvern tcikets

Bit peeved

brother and wife going to Malvern so thought i'd go to as they are staying
with me overnight before they head off down the motorway.
Went online to buy a ticket, wghich i duly did, special one whole pound off
if you are an RHS member. Fine but at the VERY end after you have paid and
they confirm it there's a notice that says £2,00 surcharge on all bookings.
I mean to say, why on earth don't they say so upfront or vene just charge
you the extra two blinking pounds on the ticket cost?

I know it's not much more but i wouldn't be very happy if i got to the door
of Waitrose or Tesco and i was asked for another couple of pounds, having
paid the bill already.

Years since we "did" that show, lovely setting. I remember driving there is
bright sunshine and as we got out of the car the heavens opened and it
didn't stop all day!

They all do that though, recently wanted to buy a present for someone and
found the seemingly difference in price was often overturned by the postage
charges e.g one said £35 and free shipping another £29 but when I got well
into the checkout process a £6 postage charge appeared.
