Is this a phoenix from the ashes of the Buckfastleigh Woollen Mill,
that went down when Axminster Carpets failed?

No but coincidentally, I've just driven home from Buckfastleigh and the
gigantic looms were on the back of great big long lorries and being
taken away. It was a very sad sight. The Abbey has bought the site and
will soon be in talks about how best to develop the 9.4 acres of it.

Yeah, Yeah, Yeah!
sounds like a yarn to me.
