Hello all,

I have today been taming my private jungle known as the back garden..

I have some grass which is a real pain when the mower hits it i think its about to break makes a heck of a clunk.. The grass root seems raised or the base is just very tough. ?..

I am wondering what grass is this and how do i get rid..

I am very near Blackpool if that makes any difference.
