Anybody any advice on pruning a black mulberry?

Ours is now 15ft across and over 15ft high - a very heavy crop this year
but more than half of it is out of reach.

I was in Crete earlier this year and it looked like the locals had
prunned their mulberries very agressivly with a large saw!
