I love fuchsia, but unfortunately have killed so many over the years, I
have totally given up trying to grow one. :-(


Your climate might be too dry for them.
And with so many beautiful Australian species to choose from, why worry?


Yes, I used to know a Fuchsia mad gardener and it always amazed me how damp,
even wet, his greenhouse was in the growing season. Grew beautiful plants
though and almost 100% take on cuttings.
