It's a species in the genus Clavulinopsis. There are three or four
yellow ones like this, the largest of which can grow to about six inches
and is delightfully called Golden Spindles, though that's more usually
found on grassy heaths. Examining the spores for colour and shape is the
best way of telling them apart.

Thanks for the help , I didn't realise that there were so many variations of this fungi , I think the version I have is the Clavulinopsis Helvola , I'll chekc them later on today to make sure.
