Well I was waiting for some advice before planning the exact location.
I take the point about the neighbours trees (but I do like ferns) at
the moment its a fairly blank canvas, about a third of an acre, no
large trees, but a stunning view I would wish to keep, if possible.
In my view if there is good light it makes little or no difference for 9
months of the year, You will probably end up shading it anyway half the
time, its more important it does not spoil the rest of the garden.
