He's resolute in having nothing to do with computers. He has learned
how to scroll up and down to read a page but can do absolutely no more
than that. He seems to get along quite happily without it!

I think so. Matthew uses his computer for wages, accounts, labelling
etc and some correspondence. And I use mine for fielding enquiries and
correspondence about that.
