Swiping across the screen just isn't as easy. I often read Kindle books
on my iPad and wouldn't be without it but it's an entirely different and
more cumbersome process for bed time reading!

I _could_ swipe to turn pages on my Kindle Fire HD (last year's model),
but just touching the side of the screen works.
