Default Df/WH site info

I'm looking for sources (graphs or equations) on converting base 100 DF
or WH site to base 50 - english or metric. I've got some old info (base
100) from the Soil Conservation Service that needs to be adapted to
modern McForestry standards.

I've seen this somewhere but can't find it when I need it.
Thanks!

Might this be what you seek?

Site index equations and mean annual increment equations used by the
Forest Inventory and Analysis Program at the Portland Forestry Sciences
Laboratory, Pacific Northwest Research Station, Forest Service, U.S.
Department of Agriculture. The equations are for 24 tree species in
California, Oregon, and Washington.

http://www.fs.fed.us/pnw/pubs/rn533.pdf

Otherwise a copy of:

Hann , D.W. 1995.
A key to the literature presenting site -index and dominant-height-
growth curves and equations for species in the Pacific Northwest and
California. Res. Contrib. 7. Corvallis, OR: Oregon State University,
Forest Research Laboratory. 26 p

may prove useful.
