On the Eastern back corner of the shed, we want to plant a tree. A tree
that will reach a good size, it's far enough away from the pool to be
safe root wise, and will have the potential to shade the entertainment
area (eventually situated to the west and front of tree between shed and
pool).

The tree would need to:

1. reach a decent size, and with luck, have potential to canopy;
2. Not be fully deciduous for obvious reasons
3. Ideally, be attractive for bird life
4. Suit the climate here in SE QLD - midway between Brisbane and the
Sunshine Coast.
