Default Another Passionfruit Question

I planted a seed from a passionfruit and after about 5 years, the vine
is huge and covered in green fruit.
Question 1: is there anything I need to do to ensure that this fruit
matures?
QUestion 2: When do I pick them?
I have hardly ever had success in my garden, so my passionfruit vine
grown from a simple seed taken from a passionfruit from someone elses
vine is a miracle.
RObyn.

g'day robyn,

you don't say which passionfruit it is but we grow the golden variety
and we just pick them up off the ground when they are ready, we also
check fruit on the vines to see if they are ready to fall if they are
they come away easily.

At the risk of rubbing it in... my Passionfruit, perhaps 6 months old, has 6
green fruit! Sorry, but I'm absolutely thrilled!
