Default Really Cold Variety Bamboo

I have thought about planting bamboo, but the temperature in my area can get
down to 50 below. Is there a variety that ca withstand that temperature.

Nothing below -20f

Mind you many of these temps may be wishful thinking, or just the
right wind protection.
