Is it safe to repot Pomegranate, Creeping Rosemary, and Yellow Tabebuia at this time? I live in Ft Lauderdale, Zone 10.

I think I would wait until the dead of winter for you. Feb. to repot the Pom
and Rosemary. The Tabebuia would OK now.
