Default [IBC] You should see the Taikanten 2003 shots at the IBC gallery

Good Day to All,

Mr.Robert Steven, was very kind to have put up
images from the Taikanten 2003 on the IBC gallery.

Reply no 4 - is especially beautiful. It's not often I
see such a successful Literati. The balance and
use of negative space is stunning.
[Okay so I have a weakness for this particular style.]

Happy viewing,
Khaimraj [West Indies/Caribbean]
Very cool down here.

*Whoops guess who forgot to water his Tamarindus
Indica and has achieved too early defoliation.
Now I will have to spend the afternoon, tidying in
anticipation of new buds.[it's 36" wide as the canopy goes]

Should have been in late January.Humbug.

Robert's pics are lovely -- if illicit :=)

Strangely, most of his pics are literati-style trees, even the
groups. Perhaps it's because he likes that style, too. I found
it refreshing that these trees look more like TREES than many
Japanese bonsai I have seen lately -- none of these
highly-sculpted, every-needle-in-its-place trees.

I'm most partial to reply #1.
