Nature
encourages no looseness, pardons no errors. Ralph Waldo Emerson
Jim, my favorite version is be Robert Heinlein -- Natural laws have no pity.

Wayne Greenleaf - New Orleans Z9

Thanks, Wayne. I've added it to my collection. Which of his
stories is it from, do you know?

we did the same...
evacuated...and picked up the trees...put the ones
in nice pots in the wood shop...
we lost quite a few of the prebonsai material...
they dried up and were crunchy in just 3 days...
:(
but, that was better than having them
all be projectiles into the windows...
glad everyone is ok.

smiles,
alicia

We evacuated New Orleans which is why Alan's peace was disturbed. Left
Tuesday and returned Thursday. We had no rain and very little wind. .
Lost about 15 trees
being grown as material. None of my semi-bonsai were harmed in any way.
