Default curling tomatoe leaves?

My tomatoes leaves are curling on the top of the plant. We have
gotten a whole lot of rain in the past week and I am wondering if this may
be the cause. Any thoughts on this. My garden is saturated and the bugs
and weeds are having a field day.
