Default Chef's A'Field - Polyface Farms

Yesterday (Monday), Chef's A'Field devoted half of their show to Polyface
Farms (Virginia). They went through the entire process of moving the
cattle, pigs, chickens, etc., for the maximum efficiency for their
productive growing operation for producing their natural/organic beef,
pork, chicken, and eggs.

It was really quite interesting.

BTW, thank you to whoever first posted about Polyface farms last week or
so.
