Made my brain hurt.

It's odd that the biochar simultaneously makes the soil more fertile,
and reduces it's nitrogen content simultaneously. Will the little
mysteries of life ever stop piling up?

N2O is a major greenhouse gas and air pollutant. Considered over a
100-year period, it has 310 times more impact 'per unit weight' (Global
warming potential) than carbon dioxide according to the Environmental
Protection Agency (EPA).
