Tomato plants have tiny bugs

My tomato plants have very tiny bugs, which look like miniature fruit flies
on stems of the plant. Can anyone recommend something to
get rid of these pests which won't be toxic? I also am growing red peppers
and watermelon.

Try insaecticidal soap--such as Safers--available at many garden centers or
departments.
