Default Tomato plants have tiny bugs

My tomato plants have very tiny bugs, which look like miniature fruit flies
on stems of the plant. Can anyone recommend something to
get rid of these pests which won't be toxic? I also am growing red peppers
and watermelon.

sounds like aphids.

ladybugs are natural predators of aphids.
