I use 4-5 inches silversand mixed with Dennerle's "Duponit" fertilizer and
2-3 inches of fine gravel to hold the whole lot in place.

I meant for the other measurements. A total of 14-19 centimeters of

substrate?
That's huge!


It also works very well. Visit teh Dennerle and Tropica websites for
substrate advice.
