Just a guess, but wild day lillies?


They look like wild lilies or tiger lilies. Is the foliage in the
picture of the same plants producing the flowers? It's a little hard to
tell. If so, then they are more likely some kind of Asiatic lily.
Daylilies have long, often straplike leaves all emerging at ground
level, while Asiatic lilies have shorter leaves climbing up the stem.
