The other ones are multi-part pictures. You are using OE6 so just
hilight all of them and then click "Combine and Decode"

I had my poster set to only 5000 lines, just changed it to 10000

For the record, Agent 3.2 has no problem with those pictures, I have
no idea how they were encoded.
