Yes the Eurostar is a great way to get to Paris.
I'd just like to see Paris when the sun is shining, I've been there 2 years
in a row and it rained both times I was there, for the whole time I was
there.

I'd prefer to drive but would take the train if it was a short stay.
Paris is so expensive anyway and with the Euro rate at this time France is
no longer cheap.
