Default ID bulb? [1/1]

Can anyone put a name to this? It's about a foot high with flowers a
couple of centimetres across. It used to have a label...

My first thought was an Allium, possibly A. caeruleum grown in a shady place
so it's a bit elongated.

It's an Agapanthus of sorts, not sure which one, they are all very similar shades of blue :-D
