Default Help w/Clematis Vine

Clematis have adaptive leaves which are tendril-like, they curly-cue around
potential supports to support the vine. Heavy twine, wire, monofilament,
etc. are great training aids to get them to growing where you want them to
go.

Bird netting works well--I make invisible trellis' for my board fence with
fishing line--just be sure it's an inch or two off the post so the leaves
can wrap around the line.
