Poor

Maybe I should go work there, LOL! Ok...just wanted to vent...

Yet another reason not to shop at the Evil Corporate Giants. Go to a
local garden center instead. Yeah, I'm preaching, I know.

I calls it giving rational advice. I go to local garden centers where
I am known, treated with respect, cheerfully offered exchange-refund
on request if plants/seeds N.G., and generally feel I am dealing with
human beings instead of an "Evil Corporate Giant" (love it!)

Personally, I love to go to the road side stands that we have along a few of
the lesser travelled highways here in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. They
have some excellent choices for bedding plants, and they take excellent care
of them too. Most are grown on site (not all), and best of all, I find that
the individuals who work at these places are very knowledgable! Besides, I
can trade a banana box filled with Canna tubers for a hanging planter every
year! :)

On that same note, we are truly fortunate in my area to have four (4)
farmers' markets every week. They are strictly controlled such that
only "homegrown" products may be sold; no retailing of wholesale
acquisitions.

Also, over the years I have noticed increasing popularity of organic
produce and other food items; percentage rising.

I make a point of buying my veggies from the Organic Corner at the local
supermarket when I go there -- positive reinforcement!

I was concerned Dittos would have raised the spectre of Rush.

So you listen to Rush? After tuning in a couple of times and hearing tirades
against Janet Reno, I'm inclined to agree with Al Franken's book "Rush
Limbaugh Is a Big Fat Idiot." I haven't bothered since. He reminds me too
much of an individual in this ng who spaces out with regularity. I suppose
you listen to G. Gordon Liddy, too! :)

See what you get for stereotyping us conservatives. I don't listen to
either one. Never have heard Liddy's program. What qualifies him to
be a talk show host? I was impressed he took his lumps and kept his
mouth shut when he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar. But an
entertaining host???? Maybe but I haven't heard it. I used to listen
to Rush when he poked fun at everyone. Then he was funny and
succinct. Now he's so in love with the sound of his own voice ( what
part he can hear) that he's gotten dreary.

So There, Liberal. BSEG

Liddy is to liberals as Jackson is to conservatives?

Most likely. They're both dogmatic and unapologetic.

Liberals like Liddy. He makes conservatives seem such lunatics, easier to
dismiss. I mean, a man proud to have made Clinton cut-outs for target
practice so he can fantasize shooting the president while playing with his
pecker, I mean his gun. Even conservatives start to get ashamed when their
self-promoted "heros" seem to all have felony records or advocate
presidential assassination as a fun game. Jackson at least makes a bit of
sense in between his infidelities & hymie-town embarrassments, so if there
is an equivalent among conservatives, has to be someone who is
occasionally convincing rather than a howling idiot.

"Crime pays." -G. Gordon Liddy. (He'd know)

Ah ha! Rush never was that funny. He was so enamored with his own bombast
that sanity deserted him. G. Gordon created a career by his defense of
Nixon. (Nuf said!) Now what do we liberal do to get rid of Dubya? Is there
something astray with the economy? Maybe Dubya will attack Syrian next to
keep up his numbers. VBSEG

Production on "Wag the Dog II" isn't even done, and you're proposing
"Wag the Dog III". But then again, II is getting such good press, it
would be silly not to start on III. And I like your idea better than
setting III in North Korea. We do want to be around to do a IV, V and
VI, just like "Police Academy" did.

You know, it's all like gardening, too. Draw attention from the drab
areas by calling attention to another area with pretty blooms.

Did he defend Nixon? It's been so long now I only remember him not
saying anything and going off to jail or some resort for his time.

If you want to get rid of George W. you could always nominate someone
who is as fine a campaigner as Dole was. ;-)

Oh Dubya is way too busy scurrying around to fix the economy and he has
announced he was going to begin fund raising for his next campaign trail. Oh
how I hope we have a better crop of candidates on the left. Oh please, please,
please.
