Default Bugs in my peace lilly

Help!! I have noticed that my peace lilly in my north facing bedroom has been producing lots of green leaves and looking very healthy, other than NO FLOWERS since i got in 18 months ago.

I moved it to south facing lounge, hoping for some flowers, when the dog alerted me that he was being bitten by something in this corner of the room. They are like beatles, but not very big. 3mm i reckon. And look like fleas on steroids!

At least it explains the bite on my eye the other day making me look like something out of a Rocky movie, but how do i get rid of them?! Will my rubber plant and yukka from the same room be infected?

And also, will my peace lilly ever flower again?
