oups.com... Check out this article for landscaping your backyard. It's a pretty good idea. http://www.articlesofinfo.com/articl...aping-idea.htm Vast majority of trees in my yard and surrounding area are live oak and juniper ashe (blueberry). The former, though not an actual evergreen, might as well be. Both look like the rest of the native area, boring. The pasture type fence around the yard is great. But, it supports an electrified wire to keep the dogs from digging under the fence. The weedeater thing has burned out. Roundup is the last measure. The electrified wire cannot be grounded out by excessive foliage. Otherwise, it won't work. The rock wall holding back soil over the over elevated native elevation looks great. Needs alot of trimming with weedeater. Roundup or other herbicide is out of the question. If used to keep the rock wall barren of grass, soil will quickly erode. Dave |
