Default Gladiolas

I planted two dozen Gladiola bulbs two weeks ago and they have not as yet
made it to the top of the flower bed. How long does it take Gladiolas to
break through the soil after they are planted?

Thanks

Doesn't that depend on soil temperature and moisture available? Are you in
a cold climate?
