Default Ajuga transplant zone 5

Ok to move some ajuga plants today? in zone 5 and read either fall or spring is alright but is there someone experienced with it?

Nice overcast day today as well.

Today should work well for you and for them. Less stress with cooler weather and all. Be sure to mulch them well for the nights ahead and best of luck to ya'.
