Default Trachycarpus Fortunei - Hardy Chusan Palm

I`m looking to buy a TRACHYCARPUS FORTUNEI - HARDY CHUSAN PALM and the position where i want to put it is in a walled garden, about 2 foot away from the side of the side on the garden edge.

i`m wondering what the root system on these palm trees are like are they aggressive like running bamboo and in time wreck the wall?

Cheers
