I just purchased an old Dixon 424. I installed a new 12.5 Briggs. It
seems to not pull real good when you engage the levers. Is there some
kind of adjustment to the cones or do they have to be replaced. Also
is there a service manual that can be purchased for this model. This
is my first Dixon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
