Default anemic looking leaves

My veggie garden is looking good except I'd like to see some darker green
leaves on the kentucky pole beans and bush bean plants. Even the zuccinni
has pale leaves and some even with yellowing leaves. We live in southern
california, any suggestions? I know nitrogen helps is there a specific form
or suggestion for what to use?

Thanks In Advance, Kathy

Have you used vegetable fertilizer?

What kind of vegetable fertilizer do you suggest? There are a million brands
out there.
Thanks for the suggestion, I did use some granules several weeks ago but
have seen no change.

Pick any one you like.

I see you already have. What are the numbers?

Be sure to water your plants thoroughly so they can absorb the nutrients.

16-4-2 hope those are good numbers, it is 2 teaspoons to a gallon of
water.I just went out and got it upon your suggestion. The granuales were
10-10-10 quite a difference. Should I give the plants more water after I put
on the water with the new liquid in it? Thanks for your help.
