Default Best fert. for new and old fruit trees

Hi
I have a 2 new cherry and 1 plum tree plus 10 or so 8 year old pear,
peach plum trees. What is the best fertilizer to give to these trees
in the spring and during rest of the year.
I was thinking in giving some blood meal and bone meal. Is there
something better?

Thanks for your help.
