Default help identify this Rubus?

Can anyone help identify exactly what type of rubus this is?

I guess it doesn't really matter since they taste good,

Default help identify this Rubus?

Looks like what we've always called "wineberry". Yum, yum, yum--and they do
make a good wine. Lucky you!
