Now that's false. A punch in the nose is a deliberate effort to inflict
harm and possibly lasting damage. That's violence, plain and simple.

not conscious, is not even remotely similar. There is no intent to
inflict harm, and the possibility of lasting physical damage is remote.
A violation it certainly is, but a punch it is not.

Indeed, and the very *fact* that humans don't tend to choose to
be punched in the nose, while they *do* choose to have plenty of
sex, over a lifetime, is clear enough a proof that Mr. Hope was
dishonestly trying to compare *grossly un-like things, in the
effort to make them appear alike*.

Thus, his absurd claim, fails.


You choose to eat some types of food, such as pizza, yet you wouldn't
be happy if someone forced you to eat as much as they want you to eat,
when they want you to eat. What if someone was to decide that they
want you to have a pizza, and shoved a slice a pepperoni and anchovies
into your mouth, and grabbed your mouth, and pulled you jaw until you
had chewed, and then pushed it down your throat. Now, are you saying,
since maybe at another time in your life, you choose to eat a slice of
pizza with pepperoni and anchovies, that this person is within their
rights to do that to you?
Or does this reduce your logic that people choose to have sex, so
therefore they would choose to be raped, to a bit of absurdity? If
not, email me your address, and I'll bring over a couple'a undercooked
ham and pineapple pizzas, and you'll like them.
