Default Sad Begonias

Well, my begonias look like they're gonna be history. I dug them up
and, since I didn't find any tubers, potted them in a good potting
soil and took them inside, setting them on a north-facing window sill.
A few days later, and they're drooping and looking sad. Isn't there
any way to save these lovely plants?
