Why is it, any time some outfit sells plants that they may not know
everything about, do they put on the name Lily? I've seen I.Canna called lilies yet they are NOT part of that group, and I've seen some Iris called lilies too. -- Dragons Must Fly when Thread's in the Sky www.starlords.org --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. .................and what's the deal with "grape nuts"?
They're not nuts and there's no grapes in them! What's the big deal? ..........and while we're out it, how about "military intelligence", "jumbo shrimp" and "virtual reality"? What's the deal with that? "Starlord" wrote in message ... Why is it, any time some outfit sells plants that they may not know everything about, do they put on the name Lily? As a child, in Cornwall, I remember the old [over 21!] folk used 'Lily'
for the daffodil~~ some probably still do. L of V was simply known as 'Valley' But then some of them had had 'Hysterical rectomies' and painted with 'Plastic emotions'!!. Best Wishes.
