Buds on 6' crabapple...

.... have been 90% eaten by deer.. is this tree a goner?

Hi Kevin,

No, but the flowers are. Not to worry, trees can recover. Unless the bark has been eaten entirely around the trunk of the tree, your tree should live on.

without the buds... not to mention the yews with no leaves :(
