Default To bag or not to bag 2

Quick question, when you bag, does the mower need to be at a slightly slower
speed than if you were not bagging the grass?

Generally this doesn't matter as long as it's a good quality mower with a
strong engine. I tend to set the back wheels to the correct mowing height
and set the front wheels 1 setting higher for good air flow. That is when
I do bag, but most times I multch.
