Tomato plants not flowering anymore
I got a few tomatoes from the plants in my garden, but I don't see any
new blooms there. What's ailing them? |

Tomato plants not flowering anymore
ah yes grasshopper...
Basically the tomato plant is a vine (except for bush plants which are of course bushes) 1 - the indeterminate tomato needs to grow to produce fruit usually about 5-8 inches and then it produces flowers and then fruit. So if the plant is not growing there will be no fruit. High summer temps will usually slow the plant down. Throw a good dose of fertilizer - and watch it grow.. tlord "BlueBee Sky" wrote in message ... I got a few tomatoes from the plants in my garden, but I don't see any new blooms there.
