Default Hollies

Hollies in front of my house foundation have grown quite thick (the
size is about 3 ft wide x 4 ft tall).
Is it advisable to remove them. (I have heard roots may damage the
foundation)

thanks.

I removed some shrubs last year for a similar reason.
If you replant near your house, find out the maximum root size and plant
accordingly.
