Default Spathoglottis culture in Brisbane, Australia

I have recently purchased a couple of spathoglottis plicata - they're
flowering nicely. My concern is the depth to which they are potted.
Should the bulbs be buried with only the leaves showing, or should the
bulbs be largely above the surface like, for example, cymbidiums?

I think the bulbs should be half buried, that's how I grow my Spathoglottis lobbii.
Hope that helps.
